Frustrations
  • Current local app assumes that the gender sign is universally understood by everyone. She often has to google which is which.
  • The login process on the local service app website, Email address is a better method than username. Usernames get forgotten easily.

There is a local service website which lists service providers, I always have a problem with the reply rate from the part of the service providers”
